1. Who we are

2. The product

Icéna is a cosmetic roll-on for external use only. Please read the warnings on the product page and on the box before use. The cooling sensation varies from person to person. Icéna is not a medicine and does not treat any condition.

3. Prices and payment

Prices shown at checkout include taxes where applicable. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order.

4. Your order

Your contract with us starts when we send your order confirmation email. If an item is out of stock or its price was shown in error, we will tell you and refund you in full.

5. Offers and discount codes

Offers are valid until the end date shown on the site. Each welcome code can be used once per customer. Codes and free items cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Subscriptions

Subscriptions give 15% off every delivery. You are charged at each delivery, on the schedule you chose. You can skip, pause or cancel at any time from your account, before your next billing date. There is no minimum commitment.

9. Your legal guarantees

UK customers have their rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Customers in France and the EU have the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 to L217-20 of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code). Our 30-day guarantee comes on top of these rights.

10. Liability

We are not responsible for harm caused by using the product against its warnings. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

12. Law and disputes

Please contact us first: we will try to fix any problem quickly. These terms are governed by French law. You keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim before your local courts.
