Not for you? Email icena.official@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number. We will refund what you paid, including standard delivery, even if you have opened the roll-on.

• Opened roll-ons: no need to send them back.
• One guarantee claim per customer.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of our confirmation.

Your legal right to cancel (14 days)

You can also cancel your order within 14 days of the day you receive it, without giving a reason. Tell us by email; you may use the model form below, but you don't have to.

• Send the items back within 14 days of telling us. Return postage is at your cost.
• We refund the full price and standard delivery within 14 days of receiving the items, or proof that you sent them.
• For hygiene reasons, this legal right does not apply to a roll-on unsealed after delivery. Our 30-day guarantee above still covers it.

Damaged or faulty item

Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, at no cost to you. This does not affect your statutory rights (UK Consumer Rights Act 2015; legal guarantee of conformity for customers in France and the EU).
