How do I choose the right size?
Choose by the UK size in our size guide, not the number printed on the sole, which uses a different sizing system. If she's between sizes or likes thick socks, go for the size up.
Will they really stay on?
That's the whole idea. The back is closed and padded, so the slipper hugs the heel instead of flapping off like an open-back mule.
Are they non-slip?
The underside has a textured anti-slip pattern for better grip on smooth floors like tiles, wood and laminate. As with any footwear, please take care on wet or very slippery surfaces.
How warm are they?
Very cosy. The lining is a thick, dense plush fleece that wraps the whole foot, heel included, and holds on to the warmth of your own feet. The chunky sole keeps you off cold floors, so your feet stay warm all day, even on tiles.
Do they heat up?
There's no battery or heating element: the thick fleece lining and chunky sole simply lock in the warmth of your own feet and keep the chill of cold floors away.
Can I send them as a gift?
Of course. Just enter her name and address as the delivery address at checkout. Not sure of her size? Check our UK size guide, and if they don't fit, unworn slippers can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Can they be worn outside?
They're made for indoors, but the sturdy sole is fine for a quick trip to the doorstep, the bins or the garden path on a dry day.
How do I wash them?
Hand wash in cool water with a little mild detergent, then leave them to air dry away from radiators. Please don't tumble dry.
Is delivery free?
Yes, delivery is free on every UK order. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Can I mix colours and sizes in a bundle?
Of course. Pick a colour and a size for each pair. When a bundle offer is running, the saving is applied automatically at checkout.
What if they don't fit?
You can return unworn slippers within 14 days of delivery. Just send us a message through our contact page and we'll help you with your return.
