Where we deliver

We deliver to the United Kingdom, France and the other countries offered at checkout.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched on the next working day. They are not dispatched on the day they are placed, or at weekends and on bank holidays.

Delivery time

UK delivery usually takes 1–3 working days after dispatch. For other countries, the estimated delivery time is shown at checkout. You get a tracking email as soon as your order ships.

Delivery cost

Free UK delivery on 2 or more roll-ons. For other orders, the delivery cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Subscriptions

Each subscription delivery ships the same way, on the schedule you chose.

Lost or damaged parcel

If your parcel hasn't arrived 7 working days after dispatch, or arrives damaged, email icena.official@gmail.com. We will send a replacement or refund you.
